Measure the inside of the round pipe. If you have a damper as pictured above, you will need to open the damper to measure. The Flueblocker can be installed below the closed damper, if there is room, OR it can be inserted past the damper higher up in the pipe. Choose your install location and measure there.If your pipe is 5 to 6 inches the 6-Inch Round Flueblocker is right for you!If your pipe is larger than that we have multiple size to fit most applications.

HOW IS A FLUEBLOCKER INSTALLED?

ONCE YOU MEASURE FOR THE CORRECT SIZE AND PLACE YOUR ORDER WE WILL GET THE FLUEBOCKER SHIPPED TO YOU QUICKLY.THE ASSEMBLY IS QUICK AND EASY! SIMPLY SCREW THE HANDLE ONTO THE FLUEBLOCKER.NEXT, INSERT THE FLUEBLOCKER INTO THE INSTALL LOCATION THAT YOU MEASURED. AS THESE TWO EXAMPLES SHOW, YOU CAN INSTALL IT ABOVE OR BELOW YOUR DAMPER.THE FLUEBLOCKER PRESSURE FITS INTO THE FLUE FOR A TIGHT SEALIT CAN BE TRIMMED WITH SCISSORS IF NEEDED

IMPORTANT – The Flueblocker CANNOT BE USED with an ACTIVE VENTED GAS LOG set. For safety, a VENTED GAS LOG would need to be DISABLED or REMOVED in order to use the Flueblocker.
