This is a beautiful looking smart watch that can connect to iOS or Android mobile phones. By downloading the mobile app "VeryFit" from the App Store or Play Store, you can track your workout routine as well as some key biometrics.

1) Overall Design & Comfort – I really like the round watch face design, it has a flat touch screen with a metallic rim. The large watch face is easy to read and sits well on the wrist. The band is very soft and flexible, you don't feel strain while wearing it. The band is also held in place by push pins, so they are replaceable.
2) Capable Software – The touchscreen interface on the watch is smooth and intuitive. Many different applications are available: Tracking for various types of workout and key biometrics (heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep pattern and stress level). You can make phone calls or operate the phone's camera and music player directly on the watch.
3) Connection and Usability – It is light and comfortable to wear, you can also do a lot with it (track a lot of activities, etc.), but in particular, I enjoyed the large display screen where I can read messages easily. The blue tooth works well and connects quickly with the phone.

It is rated IP68 and being light and rugged, it's an easy choice to be my fitness tracker.
