    I have a problem quieting my brain at night and can be awake hours after I've gone to bed. I've been trying out and returning sleep masks with natural sounds as they haven't worked out for me. This clock has been very nice alternative. I can set the light very low. It's got some built in sounds, which you can set the volume easily. I find the music most relaxing, but do wish there were more options. It does have a variety of nature sounds. I just find most more irritatig than relaxing, but there's probably something for everyone. You can also set the sounds on a timer…1,2, or 3 hrs. The clock also offers an alarm, set to a sound and increasig in volume. It was a good purchase.
